Printing in our Open Computer Labs is free for all Texas State University Students currently enrolled with an active username. A per semester limit is set for each student of 2500 pages. Extensions to this limitation are determined on a case by case basis. To request an extension please send an email to ITSACLabs@txstate.edu.
Our print system is intended to be a resource for students to complete classwork only. While we do not monitor the types of jobs printed in a given semester, request for extensions beyond the standard limitation will include a review of past jobs printed. Pages printed for departments or organizations using lab resources will result in a denial of printing extentions.
