ETC Research and Development Team

The Educational Technology Center Research and Development Team (ETC-RDT) offers creative and timely educational technology consulting services to faculty at Texas State University-San Marcos.

Our group leverages our extended experience using multimedia / rich media / new media for addressing instructional technology challenges.  We assist faculty with long-term research centered projects and also welcome walk-in based consultation.

Our Mission:

ETC-RDT aims to bring excellence to the instructional use of technology at Texas State University by supplying solid expertise on current technology solutions hosted on our campus as well as those available to instructors from third party services.

Where is the ETC-RDT Group?

We are located on the lower level of Alkek Library within the Instructional Technologies Support department in Room 133E. Our door is open to instructors with or without appointments however we recommend getting an appointment to make sure we can give you our full attention when you visit us. What are the ETC-RDT Hours?

Our team is available for inquiries between the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
