Event Fee Schedule

User I. Related to classroom instruction. No fee.

User II. Sponsored by a department of the University or a chartered student organization with a University account. Organization must have a university account. $50.00/event + hourly tech rate. *

User III. Associated with the University but event is not supported by a department. $125/event + hourly tech rate. *

User IV. Non- University event. $300/event + hourly tech rate. *

* Hourly tech rate of $30.00/ hour.

Please read the "Teaching Theater Policies & Fee Schedule" before submitting your request. Reservations will be confirmed within 3- 5 business days. Reservations made less than 3 days in advance cannot be guaranteed.
